This retreat experience has enabled me to find and start my spiritual jopurney. All the workshops were wonderful and I loved being out in the stunning nature of Sedona and the Grand Canyon. I learned the critical ABCs – to be Aware, to Breath, and to Communicate. I was healed by this! The retreat truly exceeded all my expectations.
