The retreat was an intimate, personal, powerful and flexible experience. I truly enjoyed it and felt a strong spiritual connection throughout. The workshops were so inspiring and engaging. I enjoyed the physical outdoor experiences in the beauty of Sedona. I learned to honor my feelings and trust my intuition. This retreat far exceeded my expectations!
