![]() Western Spirit Ranch is located in beautiful Prescott, Arizona. Prescott is an historic city, former mining town and territorial capital, located in central Arizona just 96 miles northwest of Phoenix. Set at an elevation of 5,300 feet, the area offers a mild year-round climate of sun-filled days, cool mountain breezes and clear star-filled nights. Our serene setting, high above the Sonoran Desert, is surrounded by towering mountain ranges and near the nation's largest contiguous forest of sweet-smelling Ponderosa pines. Prescott is also in close proximity to numerous outdoor attractions and activities, including the spectacular red rock area and spiritual magic of Sedona, the beautiful San Francisco Peaks, snow activities in Flagstaff, numerous ancient Indian ruins, the historic mining/ghost town of Jerome, the gentle Verde River, the awesome Grand Canyon and, of course, the metropolitan area of Phoenix. The ranch is nestled in the foothills of majestic Mingus Mountain on eleven acres of spectacular mountain views, and is surrounded on three sides by hundreds of acres of state land. It comprises a 2,300 sq. ft. western-style home with large bedrooms available for guests. A large living room accommodates guests around the warm fireplace, and a spacious dining room welcomes people for delicious meals. Comfortable bedrooms are individually designed to present a gracious, intimate and warm Southwest ambience. Guests are greeted in their private rooms with fresh flowers, scented candles, body lotions, sweet candy and fluffy bathrobes. Western and Santa Fe-style decor is used throughout the home to reflect the timeless feeling of a western lifestyle. ![]() A 1,500 foot wrap-around deck offers guests the opportunity to view the morning sun spreading out over the wide valley below, toast an unforgettable fiery sunset with new friends and gaze at a billion stars twinkling in the black night sky. A large hot tub beckons individuals at the end of the day to relax and soak. Guests will also welcome the chance to observe cattle, horses, antelope, deer, coyotes, javalina and other native wildlife from the porch. An inviting rock garden, rich with colorful flowers and local plants beckons individuals to rest and relax. Scrumptious home cooked meals served family style are delicious and varied. They include hearty cowboy breakfasts and chuck wagon-style cookouts 'round a crackling fire listening to tall tales of the old west. Guests will experience an inviting, friendly, stress-free and relaxing atmosphere where they'll know the other guests within hours and create memories that will warm their hearts for years to come. |
